1) Today I have seen provisional IELTS results on website as follows. But, they said tomorrow after 1 PM will be the official result on website and the same will be printed on form results will be mailed. Do you think score may change from now to tomorrow 1 PM? Exam date was: Dec-08-2012 in Toronto, General Training Module.
2) Below are my scores. Am I eligible to apply for Canada PR under CEC? Please confirm.
Listening, Reading and Speaking = 6.0 in each.
Writing = 7.5
Overall = 6.5
