provisional certificate

hi

i applied for fall 2014 intake at humber college. i have also paid the tuition fees for it. i have few ques in my mind,

1) i have studied from a college which is affliated to a university, can i provide my college provisional certificate for visa processing.
2) what is the last date for applying GIC.
3)is consolidated marksheet required by canada high commission or college because i have my all 6 semesters marksheet but not a consolidated marksheet.

Have you got LOA from humber? If yes then its mentioned the last date to pay your tution fees so make sure you pay tution and GIC first. As now youve paid tution pay for GIC and apply for VISA faster.

If you have all markscards then make sure you have provisional certiicate from College or university whichever possible but make sure univ is preferd, if you cant get PDC from univ then attest the college PDC from Univ and apply for VISA

I think if u go to your uni and fill some forms they will give u a provisional certificate in a day or two for students who require it before time ....atleast thats what i did...hope it helps !!
