Proving relationship to my uncle - Do I need to at all?

Hello,

I needed some advice on a matter. I need to prove the relationship to my uncle (brother of my mother). I understand the recommended method is to provide birth certificates for this. The main issue is that when my uncle got his PR in the mid 90s, he lied on his application and had his year of birth changed. The year of birth is now the same as my late mother's - in fact, it is only 8 months apart. So I don't think I can provide his passport or birth certificate.

I do not need the points for adaptability. I am around 75 MEC points for FSW. What should I do for this case? I do not want to include documents that I know are untrue.

You don't get points for an uncle, only siblings. There is no need to mention him at all.
Thank you for replying. I am post-ITA. So I have already mentioned him.

And I know I don't get any points for CRS. My point was even without including my uncle, I am above the minimum 67 points required for FSW eligibility.

My worry: if I answer NO at this stage (post-ITA), it may lead to misrepresentation. At the same time, if I answer yes, I cannot provide documents that I know are untrue...
