Unfortunately, my application got refused because the officer didn't consider my Job Offer as a valid Job offer. I re-applied on 27th Jul without job offer and with the same intent.

Oh.... sorry for that. but i think the fact that you are having problems with french should be good point. Hope you gonna be approved. Please keep us posted ! thank you and good luck.
