I applied for permanent residence in October 6, 2023, my representative didn’t notify BC PNp my work visa was declined and they start to do investigate. I have a lawyer and we answer everything she asked in July. BC PNP replied to just change representative name in bc PNP file and now nothing more, my process still stuck since June. What I need to do? I called IRCC but I can’t talked to the agent and the bc PNP investigator didn’t say nothing more. But she said in July 19 was last chance. In July 11 we sent everything and she just said to change the name from the representative and put the lawyer. what I can do now??? Thank you in advance

What does your lawyer say? Most likely there is nothing you can do but wait.

If you are out of status you should apply to restore your status.

I already applied for extend my visa, but we try to call to the investigator to see what happened because no change in my process.

This is normal. It can take many months to get an answer.
