I am looking for a little help.

My sister lives in Ontario Canada for many years now and works as an Nurse. She is still single. I would like to ask if she can sponsor me via PNP since I'm over 21 and married. Both are parents passed away and most of our sibling now lives overseas. I'm from Philippines by the way.

You should be looking at family sponsorship not PNP so maybe repost in the family sponsorship thread but check the requirements here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-who.asp

Only PNP where you can do this is if she is in Manitoba.

There is no sponsorship in OINP.
