I got AOR 9 July. No ADR so far, I believe I will get the nomination anytime soon. Thank you for the reply.

So NS did not give you nomination? You mentioned that you were Audit Manager for 3 years, did you work in an audit firm? Did NS said that it is 0111? I thought that Audit Manager is more 0125. I am in a bit similar position as I have only 4 years in noc 1111 and then I got promoted to Audit Manager which I assumed was noc 0125. But NS still gave me nomination for 1111. I have not applied to pr yet.
Has anyone in 24 January 2019 NS draw have with similar circumstances (less that 5 years in noc 1111 and further managerial experience - 0111 or 0125) and later received pr?

They are saying that I do not meet NOC 1111 5 year criteria because I worked 4 year 6 months in NOC 1111.
My second experience is as Audit Manager for 3 years and they say that it is not 1111 but 0111.
Can I do anything about this?
Noc 1111 and NOC 0111 are overlapping and I had no idea that it may create a problem.

Hi Eaab,
I received nomination from NS. I wrote a letter of explanation in which I mentioned that my duties match with NOC 1111 regardless of job title being audit manager. Further if you see the details of NOC 1111 - at the end there is a clause which mentions that promotion to managerial position is possible.
Currently waiting for PR.

A couple of more questions, if you don't mind. At what stage of pr application are you? Have you passed eligibility stage? When I applied to NS, they asked me to complete a comparison of my job duties in each position with noc 1111 job duties, which I did, but as you probably know, Audit manager's position is more of planning, controlling, checking audit team's work, and my job duties are strictly of a Manager. I am afraid that IRCC will reject my application despite approval by NS.
My medicals are passed and bio-metrics done, Background check is in progress. (I assume eligibility is passed when one receives the biometrics request letter)
I do not think that IRCC will reject it. Your position is covered as per the last clause under additional information for NOC Code 1111 -
" Progression to auditing or accounting management positions is possible with experience”.
