I got NS Nomination today..I accepted at once and got the 600 pts already.

Not realy sure if my papers are ready 100% this time:
- Moroccan PCC signature is electronic one and the PCC is black and white...looks like a copy and that is what they give here.( Other countries PCCs I got are perfect.)
- For NS application I had to give 5 years history only... now 4 passports to scan to show 10 years history. 6 very old stamps in my passports are completely invisible.

As for your two points, I don't think these are deal breakers. Its unlikely the authorities in Morocco will change the PCC standards because of you. And IRCC must have received PCCS from Moroccan applicants in the past. Perhaps just mention it in your Letter of Explanation.

As for the passports, do the best scan you can and list the countries with faded stamps in your LOE. It really shouldn't be a problem.

After I got the nomination mail I noticed two tabs in my express entry profile,one for accept nomination and the other was for " I do not accept nomination".I clicked the accept tab and I noticed that 600points was been added to my score 24 hours later

Please what do one need to get this nomination, as minimum point in IRCC and also do I need to do French.

I will talk about last Selection of 20 Mar
1-No minimum Score
2-English above clb7
3-French above clb5
4-Degree (bachlor and above)

There are other categories in which u dnt need French
