Provinces selection

Hi all,
Hope you can help me on that question.
Already have my ITA (CSR 462 -110) and I didn't select any province precisely. I went for all provinces (including Quebec) in my application.
My question is : Can I land in Quebec or should I be in Ontario (or any other provinces of the federal authority) ?

You shouldn't have selected Quebec as EE as federal program is meant for immigration to non-Quebec provinces.

In fact I selected all the provinces as these options was given to me.
So can I land in any provinces under federal jurisdiction and move to Quebec ?
