Province to select

Hi,

I am 32 years old have a masters degree in software engineering and done ECA as well. Have 3 years relevant experience and CLB-8

Can anybody please recommend me which province should I target. I don't have any offer letter at the moment.

Also which province doesn't require an offer letter and if not then which are relevant to IT.

My CRS is 370 without any offer letter or PNP

My first suggestion..go for IELTS 8777 (LSRW) to attain CLB 9. This will add some 50-60 points in your profile.
Meanwhile, why don't you choose all province and see how it goes..
