Province /State dropdown menu not working

I am applying for a study permit and I filling out the forms.I had previously filled out some, but now I notice that 3 times I was supposed to use enter state, the state has been replaced by 06(I had chosen ontario).I downloaded the form again and I cant even use the drop down menu anymore I the new form when they ask for province.My previous form validated, but I dont know if I should upload it with 06 as the province.I am really at a lost.Any help?

Is there anyone that can help me with this, I started to get really sad because it seems everytime I have to upload an application, something goes wrong.sorry I'm just rambling
