Provide past 10 years address and do not PO address,but i live in a village and we have PO address.

1. I am living in a village and my address even on my identity card is P.O and my village name. in the whole village, we don't have any street or house number then how do I fill the form eimm5669e (question#10).

this was my main concern but I have other questions so if someone knows can answer in the same thread maybe.

2. "Do you have any relatives (including aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) living in Canada? If yes, give their full name(s), address(es) and relationship to you. "

Now I don't have any close relatives from my side, but my wife's whole family is living there, do I need to include them all or only need to worry about my relatives?

3. my wife is on maternity leave so, in the question where she needs to give information about her job, can we write that job is still going on because she did not resign and she is getting money for that.

4. I completed 16 years of Education so what to write in high Elementry school, High school, college/University.
in my country, we have 10th grade also known as metric or Secondary education, then 12th Grade in college or Higher Secondary Education and then I did 4 years bachelors from University, but I do not understand what to write in Elementry school.

1. Is your village divided into areas that have a specific name? If so then use that without a street name or number.

3. Your wife is still employed so you should indicate that and add a note on a separate page explaining she is on mat leave.

4. Do it in chronological order. Primary usually goes to grade 6 or 7. Junior high after that or the equivalent that you have then high school etc. Just make sure to include all after primary school.
