Dear All,

I have heard, Immigration office might send the final visa via regular mail. (I am pretty concern about this, because my wife lives in some countryside or called small town village), unless they send by EMS (a registered and dependable mail company), regular mail might be not reliable. Therefore, I am planning to stock in a paid EMS (this is Chinese Mail Envelop!!) envelope into the application and sponsorship package that i am sending to Mississauga office. I don't see any instruction on this from all the guide, but this is just my own plan.

If anyone have the same concern/experience/advice, please share in this thread.

thanks alot

DHL is a more reliable company than EMS. EMS was just better than snail regular mail.

thanks you for advice, i will consider DHL.
anyone in this forum can confirm if they received final Visa from their local Immigration office by a regular mail or any bigger/better logistics.

thanks

You don't need to do that.
Beijing office will send you a letter and ask you to submit your passport when are ready to make a decision on your application.
On that letter, they will also ask you to fill out an EMS waybill for the return package.
Beijing visa office uses EMS as their standard courier anyway.

If the applicant is in China, EMS is what they will use.
Otherwise, DHL is the primary courier for any locations outside of China.

Best of luck!
