"Provenance of funds" rejection

Hey, guys!
Hope to get an advise from you.

I've submitted my SP application in August and got a rejection. My CAISP notes came this week and it stated in them that the reason was "Provenance of funds".
It's not the problem for me to show the explanation for every cent in my account, however, I have one fear. The majority of funds in it came from real-estate sale and though I don't live in the town where it was for several years now, I'm afraid that I can get much more frightening "Purpose of visit" rejection bcs of this now.
Can you advise something on this?

Sorry for opening this topic again, but I still need an advise.
Is it acceptable to show that half of funds, that person plans to spend on education, came from apartment sale? Can it outcome in refusal? Or should I try to hide it?
Really confused.
What is your opinion?
