I recieved a mail from my visa officer aftter my medicals has been revieved that i should submit provenance proof of fund and show evidence for the source of the money.my husband will be transfering from his account to mine because am the principal applicant. My husband will also provide his last three month pay slip in addition to my statement of account.

Please what other things can i include as evidence to show proof and provenance of fund to the funds transfered.

Thanks

Hi Mayowa86,

As per my information, you don't need to transfer funds from your husband account. Instead you can become a joint holder in his account and submit it.

If you have not touched your funds after you applied, you should be okay. Else you need to give information regarding new funds acquired and source of income.

Were you asked to submit updated proof of funds along with medical request ? If yes, than did you submit your latest bank statements after your medicals. Were there any big transactions in your account. If so than you need to provide them with evidences that the money belongs to you.

Btw which is your visa office.

Thank you pray hope

@ahmedmud, i was asked to submit updated proof of fund after my medical has been recieved by CIC.
The last proof of funds i submitted with my application contains a big transaction.

The visa office is AVO

I think you will be fine submitting your bank statement and that of your spouse. You however need not transfer from his account to yours provided he will be accompanying you to canada. You don't have to hold a joint account either. VO just needs to see the cash as available unencumbered and transferable In your account or in your husband's. They will only refuse accounts in other pples names or joint account with your parents or siblings
