I took screenshots from my phone and put them together on word. We too felt that copy/pasting the text would be too easy to edit/make up, and that screenshots look more legitimate. In terms of formatting, as there was very little text in one screenshot, I put 4 screenshots per page and filled up the 10 pages that way. I do not know whether this is the best practice, there are no guidelines posted on the CIC website, so this is what we decided to go with.

thank you for the reply! That's what we ended up doing as well. We actually took screenshots from facebook and instagram to prove our social media relation. And for the communication part we are going to focus more on phone bills and a bit on messages
