Protest outside Canadian embassy Islamabad

I dont think its easy to get anywhere inside a 1km radius of any embassy in Islamabad. Plus with already so many protests going in the country, this one won't mean a thing.

hmm.. you are either ignorant or pompous or both. fraud counts are WAY higher in India & China and yet their timelines are just a third of Pakistan's. not everyone's marriage is one of convenience, and keeping couples apart for 2 to 3 years is inhumane.

You are absolutely right, Canada is not forcing anyone. But this isn't one of those visit, student or skilled worker visas.. these are cases where one of the married couple is Canadian. And this Canadian has the right to marry whomever he/she wants to and have this spouse come and live in Canada. It's something that naturally makes sense. that is how the respective government to government agreement. and it is stated in the site to let every applicant know how long they would wait.
