PROTEST - CEC APPLICANTS MATTER

Hi Guys,

July, Aug, Sep, Oct applicants can we plan a protest outside CIC offices either in St Clair Toronto or directly in OTTAWA outside 365 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa, ON K1A 1L1.
Its looks like the more we are silent the more delay they will happily cause to us CEC folks who in the end will loss out status, jobs and will be forced to return to our country.

some of us are in our home countries and are unable to attend, and dont want to risk it having a negative impact on our individual case.

No you don't. You are disrespectful to anybody who doesn't see things the way you do. You spit on people who are in a different situation, different city, different country, people who have patience and try to stay positive all that for what? Because you are SO important that people should stop what they are doing and fly to Toronto to satisfy your need? You can't understand that your situation is different from others and that their point of view can be different without trying to shove your opinion down their throat?

I understand people who are obviously not here in Canada but I have zero time for people who believe it will have a negative impact on their applications. It is pure cowardice ...simple as. If nobody ever speaks up then absolutely nothing will happen. I gave my story to the Toronto Star and my name and picture was printed and yes I was nervous but I was like CIC will continue to keep us delayed if we stay quiet but if stand up and start talking publicly they will not be able to hide their inefficiencies.

In regards to the protest @Winterfox I am up for that. I am currently actually trying to organize numbers from another Facebook page which is all Irish people applying. I will keep you updated. I am not sure how much luck you will get with people on this forum. There seems to be too many people like "blessedsherry" who have the irrational fear of CIC coming after them. However, that is not true of everyone and there are some very brave people on this forum who are standing up for themselves and for others and for that I congratulate them.

Really you think you are the only one who is suffering. And it is alright for you to call names to everyone else who does not agree to your point of view.

How about we with start with you, let us know that you are not a troll and not causing disrupt in this forum. Since I see you only criticizing other members who have a different opinion.

Stop calling names to other people its not going to help you.

Everyone's future is at stake, so rather than telling others to keep there advise to themselves how about you do a little bit of self restraint and show some more respect. With you arrogant behavior you are pushing aside people who might actually want to stand with you on the protest.

Remember a little bit of courtesy goes a long way!!

@MubinSultan : Earlier in this forum there was one guy called Amisnic , from your post you are looking like his brother.

Stop giving commands, creating daily new thread is not going to help with your PR application, If you have lots of free time why don't you develop some hobby..like Cooking or knitting or,,,,,

and for all other guys, even this week will pass, so keep waiting, even this months and next year will come, till that time you guys just keep waiting. you guys are not understanding, we need to tell them, we are waiting and you are doing nothing. aug people are fiished with 14 month time fram this month, will see, anybody will get MR this month? I bet , they don't care at ALL

Maybe 1000 of those people are on this forum.
Let's say 2/3 of those people are in Canada.

You got yourself less than 700 people spread over a country that is over 9000 km coast to coast.

How exactly do you expect us to show up at any given spot? Travel across country? Because if you count on locals from Vancouver, Toronto or Ottawa even with 50% turn up rate you'll have maybe 20 people protesting. Maybe.

I dont expect people who are not in toronto to attend. I just would hope people who are in Toronto will come , if they can get the time of work etc.

I can't say that CIC is not working.. may be they are nor working your application or mine at this time. but they are working on some old 2014 application.. I have seen your post everywhere, so I can't say that look the other thread. but if you see closely some of March, June and July applicants are getting some updates. I agree that they are not processing with the same speed that they were processing in last year.. But its not like that they are not working.. We have to understand that now they have 2 different process to handle. We just have to wait little more and we will get some update soon..
I have seen one of your post on 'Toronto Star Story about our cases' where you mentioned that "they wont process anything I am 100% sure". Now how do you know that after doing protest they will do something, when they are not going to do after this news, as per you. ??? You may make another news again and than what?? As you already said that they will not do any thing...

Just think that we have lot many people before your months , so we have to just wait for our chance. Sure, it may take some time based on current situation..
