you could be right Nu-Era Who knows? Probably, all applications since December 2015 was delayed due to the Syrian refugee application processing.
May be all resources were diverted to meet the deadline. Who knows?

Today i have checked with CIC by calling them. They have opened applications till January 18, 2016 yet. Applicants who have applied after this date should not be worried. They will hear soon from CIC as their turn comes.

everyone I applied for pr application on September 9, 2016 got an email of acknowledgement email on October 22, 2016 nothing hear from cic after that anyone else hear anything from cic
