Hello. I applied for pr after getting my notice of decision but recently i was told my application was sent to IRCC local office for further review, does any one have any idea how long this may take and what may be the issue?

Sometimes this happens if they need further review of the application and ircc Mississauga is so busy they can’t look at the application again so they transfer to local office it should be fast now

I guess his concern is why IRB sent back to IRCC for the review after IRB made decision [positive], not redistribute case load. To me this is not normal, anything sent back to IRCC for further review, may involve Minister's review. Poster need to call back and ask additional questions from the notes, as to why his file was transferred to IRCC for further review, what is nature of review...

I got it wrong, thought poster's positive decision was sent to IRCC for review. I missed word "pr". My apology, your comment stand to be correct..

HI sohaib just have question that i applied my pr on june 2019 its supposed to finsihed on may 2021 till not get pr yet so i send webform on feb 2022 they said that all my document has been recived by responsible office what that mean ?

Wow your application is long due. It should have been finished by now. Did you order GCMS notes of what is going on? Did you tell IRCC processing time is 23 months and I am way past now. They have to give a appropriate answer now to you.

honestly they might have found something on your application that needs more checking i ordered GCMS notes in February and March both received the one in February i got in march the one from march i got in April for some people i know they are not even receiving gcms notes you should email atip and ask them its has been more than 60 days notes not received
