I treid ecas and IRCC many times , but still says "nothing was found according the the information you provide" , I have not got any letter or application number yet since 15 months

@shrfkhtb, why not apply for your GCMS notes? Cos I got my application via GCMS notes.

Your application has a UCI number thats what u use on ecas

There are certain info you have to put correctly in order to open ur application such as UcI number, date of birth of principle applicant, country of origin and last name

@shrfkhtb, I wrote my UCI number in the space for file number ( it worked for me)

But there is another field above that for UCI number , did you use UCI two times ? and another question please , have you applied under privacy act or access to information ?

@shrfkhtb, I wrote my UCI number in both fields and I applied under privacy act.

I used my UCI number on ecas but no information there .

Not only UCI but other infos are also necessary such as last name date of birth etc
