protected person Getting married in third country and then applying for spouse

Im a protected person and Im in third world country right now for getting married with my gf..

1) What documents are required to fullfill canadian marriage law? I am Muslim ,so I can get marriage certificate from Quazi. .Is it allowed in canadian law?

2) Is only marriage certificate enough for applying my wife in my PR application ?

any advice ?

Look at the application information for spousal sponsorship and it will list all the documents needed. You should also figure out the requirements for foreign nationals to marry in the country where you are located. Also you can’t apply for sponsorship if you aren’t a PR already. You have to add your spouse to your PR application. Once your PR is processed then IRCC will process your spouse’s application abroad.
