Till now no answer we call ircc and our lawyer
Less complex claim has been no longer active
Our calim has been transfered from quebec to toronto
On ircc website processing time for refugee 19 month and we are more than 2 years and still waiting

Not strange. After reviewing the specifics of a case it can be determined not to fit Into the requirements to make it less complex. Isn’t extremely common but does happen. Estimates on the websites are just estimates and are often not up-to -date. As long as others are being processed in the same timeline there shouldn’t be any concerns.
