This context is rare. Did you request your gcms notes via a person with PR status or third party representative?

However, if your gcms notes addresses concerns of insufficient documents/indirectly hinting towards additional supporting documents by the VO, do the needful and send it through the webform or email otherwise there is no reason to contact the gcms help desk since you now have your notes
Need you feedback on below, although irrelevant to the above topic.
As per cic website, the study visa processing time from Pakistan has reached up to 25 weeks, is that true ?

Hi,
I have got admission for Sept 2019 intake at Algonquin college for regulatory affairs Graduate certificate program. I have a Bacehlor degree in Biomedical sciences and 6 months work experience in the same field. Regulatory affairs is a more specific field so I have applied for a graduate certificate in it. I have read a lot of threads about visa refusals for people who have applied for a graduate certificate after bachelors or masters. Can someone help me what I can do to get approved?
Even if the VOs are academically sound they treat every application base on immigration merits and not as an academician would treat it academically. With this stated assertion, the VO is going to scrutinize your application based on immigration which your application seems to already be lacking.

The questions are:
1. Why a Graduate certificate after a Bachelor, why not a Masters especially when with a good CGPA
2. Course correlation
3. The prospect and future goal as per the course/program for you/country
4. why Canada, why not your country or somewhere else in offering/wanting to study such course/program
5. Is you a genuine student whose studies is the sole purpose

Answer:
If you is able to convince the VO about the aforementioned concerns, then that got your question answered.

Hi guys,

I need some feedback. I have a Bachelor’s degree and 1.5 years of work experience in writing/editing (which is a pretty generic field). However, I quit my job to find something more specific to my background and have been unemployed for a year. I landed several interviews, but was told time and again that they preferred candidates with an advanced degree from abroad. So I applied to a relevant Master’s program in Canada (consistent with my Bachelor's), and also started an internship in a related field to get the ball rolling.

I was recently accepted with a scholarship covering my entire tuition. My father is retired but financially sound, and has given me a gift deed to cover my living expenses. My parents are based here and I also have two siblings who are both working here. One of them has a PR visa but hasn’t moved to Canada.

Based on the information above, do you think my application is convincing enough or do I appear to have weak ties to my home country? Should I acknowledge the fact that my sister has a PR visa just to maintain transparency or not bring it up at all?
Your question is quite vague. Home ties stretches from Economic to social engagement/activities. If you don't have a job, then you ought to be convincing using your properties, parents, prospect offer employment, membership of a social organization etc.

If you don't declare you have siblings in Canada especially if they bear the same surname with you, then it will make your application seems incredible given to the fact that you didn't disclose a itty bitty of information. On the other hand, you is required to fill in the details both address of all your siblings and attach their birth certificates(this is common amongst Nigeria but don't quite know of other Nationals). So try to be veracious

I was rejected by University of Saskatchewan because of research potential- it’s not connected to the program so that may be why. Still awaiting two more
Sorry to hear about this, but I don't understand when you said "not connected..." did you submit a letter of intent for another program that didn't properly outline with which you were refused?

The thing is the program I chose was business organization and Corporate law but my letter of intent and research was more of corporate governance.

This is a standard requirements for a study permit(it varies from country to country) but if you have any other documents that would clear help your case like the employment letter, leave approval letter, landed properties, SOP, LOE etc., kindly merge together and compress to fit in the 4mb size then upload to the column of "Supporting Documents"

FYI: study permit requirements varies for countries. You can as well get a checklist printed out for your country and use it as a guide to arrange your documents

Many thanks for your valued thoughts. I will follow your advice. I am going for an online route. Will attach material in the Client info section as that's the only place where I can attach documents in addition to what required.

are we meant to pay some of your school fee before application?
Not compulsory but in some circumstances relating to a third party sponsorship, its necessary.

BTW some schools don't demand it whilst some requires just the deposit fee to secure a seat and some others demands either half or full tuition payment

Thanks for your opinion. Actually my sister has, what is called, Confirmation of Permanent Residence (or approved status), so technically she is not a Permanent Resident by definition yet. Legally, she needs to make a "soft landing" in Canada and collect her PR Card in order become a Permanent Resident. Since she has not done that yet, and is still living and working here, I just felt that information might not be be relevant, and perhaps volunteering it might unnecessarily jeopardize my application.

Furthermore, in my application form, I have not been asked if a member of my family has approved status, but rather if I will be accompanying a family member with approved status in Canada, which I won't (as I will be traveling alone). I am also not required to attach a birth certificate for my siblings. Given these facts, do you still think I should mention my sister's status in my Letter of Explanation just to be transparent?
