I AM YASH, I AM INDIAN CITIZEN. MY STUDENT VISA APPLICATION IS REJECTED UNDER GENERAL CATAGORY FOR MARCH 2013 INTAKE. THE REASON IS YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF ONE OR MORE OF YOUR....I GOT OFFER AND ADDMISSION FROM NIAGARA COLLEGE FOR (RPA) RETAIL PHARMACY ASSISTANT COURSE ITS A CERTIFICATE COURSE. MY EDUCATION IS B.SC. CHEMISTRY FROM GUJARAT UNIVERSITY, I PASSED OUT IN MAY 2009 WITH 47.61%. I AM WORKING AS RETAIL PHARMACIST SINCE DECEMBER 2010. ONE MORE THHING I WENT TO UK WITH STUDENT VISA FOR PG DIPLOMA IN BUSSINESS MANAGEMENT COURSE IN SEPTEMBER 2009 BUT MY COLLEGE IS BLACKLISTED AT THE AND OF MY STUDY IN END OF COURSE SO I CAME BACK. IN OCTOBER 2010. I AM NOT OVERSTAYED THERE AND MY IMMIGRATION STAUS IS ALSO OK. EVEN I SHAW ALL THIS TO CHC AS WELL. BUT I DID NOT SUBMITTED SOP SO I WANT SOME SUGGESTIONS BECAUSE I WANT TO APPLY AGAIN.

Trust me , you got lots of problem.

1. If it is your 1st time for Canada student visa , Why didn't you applied in SPP category ?
2. I think , you last study was B.Sc , So for Masters in any university. relating to your course.
3. As you mentioned you wasted one year in UK , Bad travel history by choosing and studying in Blacklisted college. [ i know you didn't over stayed]
4. You should definitely write a SOP . Because so many incidents happened. So you need to clear the doubts of VO.
5. But you your marks in B.Sc 47.61 % is very low.
Apply again with complete documents and SOP , and you will be good.

I LIKE TO TELL U THAT WHEN I REACHED UK MY COLLEGE WAS NOT BLACKLISTED BUT WHEN MY COURSE IS ABOUT TO FINISH,UKBA BLACKLISTED THIS COLLEGE.
MOREOVER IF I APLLY WITH ALL DOCS AND SOP WHAT THEY WILL SEE IN THIS? HOW WILL THEY ASSES MY CASE??

A blacklisted college is bad news. In the uk they are normally blacklisted because they are associated with immigration fraud. While you may be totally innocent, the association with one will raise a serious red flag.
You will probably need to prove that you attended in good faith and show your studies. The UKBA is getting very strict now and many fake colleges are being discovered.

See Bro, you need to add all docs. And have to make them understand in SOP. Show your fees receipts of UK college. So they can know that you were not aware of the college reputation . And was studying sincerely.

Just be honest with them. They have possible way to find out the truth. And if they found out about your lie , then with rejection, they can Ban you too.

Sorry, I didn't saw the question properly.
As they rejected by saying - Proposed studies is not reasonable.
As you mentioned your last chosen studies was Business Management. So they were confused of your choice.

I will suggest you to try for Masters, other than certificate programs.

i mentioned all d things,
i submitted fee recipt
my admission letter,
letter of fee recived but i did not write sop so what will be the outcome for next intake, if i apply with all dis things..

You submitted fees receipt of UK college ??

Write a SOP definitely, Without SOP , how will they know why you submitted UK school docs as you didn't complete it .
And if possible change your course.

And no one can predict the outcome for any case. VO are not at all predictable. So you can just give a TRY.

perhaps the issue is not with what you did in UK but what you are planning to do in canada. Going from a bachelors to a diploma to a certificate... its usually the other way around.

Maybe try for a PG diploma or something
