Proposed Changes to FSW probably coming this Summer

I am planing to send my application this month.........Is it confirm if they apply these changes it would be applicable from June or July......I am afraid?

Yes both ov you are right.......but you know CIC they are so unpredictable so just wondering if they change the rules.........hehhe ;D

I beg to differ, they are very predictable. Just look at the past changes and you will see the pattern.

CIC will only consider your application based on the rules existing at the time of the application.

The rules has been changed and instrections has been forworded all ready to visa offices all over the world,

I have read one applicant Refusal last month he was refused three months before and guess what he was having only 10 years education and his profession was Plumber he was given same flexibility in education points he was awarded 22 points imagine how come?

his points was like that

Education 10 years 22 point
age about 34y 10 points
english no ielts 8 points
experience 21 points

he was single applicant no wife no AEO total points awarded.61 points

this is true he is on demand list but what about AEO's applicant they should have same flexibilities.

thats incorrect dear. CHCs cant implement something until and unless CIC goes public and publishes new rules. there must be a mistake in this case or the applicant is confused.

cool refusal is in my office pc so soon you will have it. Imagine again do you think this is proposal? never ever they already implemented in Different ways in visa offices you will see it latter, do you think they just wakeup yeasterday and made plan and websites and speech in public they are not like our presidents what ever come to thier minds they said in public and in meetings with no logic. please don't be angry with me i love to helpe.
