I too got same letter and received 0 point in AOT for Chemistry, Masters.
Actually it was 12 points when I put file but its 0 right now.
So they give points accordingly current AOT list. This is cheating.
Today they ask Computer Eng. and may be after 3 years they will say sorry we dont need. And also dont refund the fees.

Didnt expect this from Quebec.

I got a letter from Quebec in Jan 19, 2016 after waiting 2 years which says that :-

"- You did not get a sufficient number of points based on the factors in the selection grid, according to the Regulation respecting the selection of foreign nationals, Articles 31, 32, 38, Schedule A, and the weighting Regulations applicable to the selection of foreign nationals." with SCORE CARD:-

EDUCATION LEVEL: 12/14
FIELD OF TRAINING: 6/16
EXPERIENCE PROF: 8/8
AGE: 16/16
ENGLISH SPEAKING: 1/2
ENGLISH WRITING: 1/1
ENGLISH LISTENING: 1/2
ENGLISH READING: 1/1
AUTONOMIE FINANCIÈ: 1/1

In total I got only 47 points.

I applied for Quebec Skilled Worker for single applicant, my academic background is Bachelor in Civil Engineering with Masters in Urban Planning and I sent all my certificates during application. According to Quebec List of Area of Training 2015, Civil, Construction & Transportation Engineering will get 12 points out of 16 in Area of Training. But in my case, they considered Master's degree during calculating points and provide me 6 out of 16. Since, I applied for Civil Engineer which I want 12 points out of 16 according to Quebec rule, but I got 6 points less in Field of Training. In this case what should I do???????

Please help me to get out from this problem; they gave me only 90 days to solve this problem.

Coming my profile:-

Education:

I had Bachelor of computer science (3years Degree) from Osmania university-INDIA

I had my Master of Business Administration (2years Degree) from Osmania university-INDIA

My Wife has Bachelor Business management Studies (3years Degree) from Mumbai university-INDIA

Note:

When we submitted that time of application we have only one kid, now we have another kid.

Is there any chance to claim to points?


Professional Experience:

I am working as SAP consultant, I have 4+ years as a Software consultant
My wife working as Software Engineer.

My Question is

According to above points chart, we have not received any points for Area Of Training

how do we have to claim, and how to convince case officer.

or else

Is there any other way to get points to meet my CSQ dream.


Please indicate how to get points for getting a qualified CSQ.
