I have three properties which i will show in my assets for student visa. Basically the problem is, the house in which i am living has current value of around U$98000 but when it was bought its value was around U$50000. So how can i prove that my property current value is worth U$98000? Help me i am from Pakistan.

1. IRCC wants to see how much $Cash you have, you can't live on land value as a student.

You should find a professional evaluator for giving you an evaluation certificate. sometimes chartered accountants do that.

Hey u r slightly wrong here. They wants to see property worth as strong home country ties. Spacially in case of Pakistan students in recent times rejections are based on these issues.

Having said that, brother raja, there are evaluators through banking system. Go to any bank and they will provide u the list. Their fee is around 10000 approx and it varies evaluator to evaluator. U need to attach property docs not as funds but as home country ties.

One of friend is saying he attached a letter from a property dealer which listed that this house has current value Pkr xyz and is situated at xyz place and registered on name of xyz person

you have to check the "embassy listed" property evaluators in your country e.g. Caldwell banker or Better Homes
 
Can a lawyer give a letter stating the value of the properties my father own to show it for as a property worth as strong home country ties?
