Property Valuation Certificate

Assalam O Aliqum Friends,
Soon i m applying for student visa of canada, i got acceptance letter aswl as i got Running Finance from bank, now i need to make property valuation certificates, can anybody tell me from where n how i can make these documents? i m resident of karachi, but i hv some property here in khi n rest of other there in isbd, so do i need to travel for isbd to make property doc or its possible from here...
