All documents must be in English or translated into English by a certified translator

can a son attach a report of property valuation the property owned by his father the owner of the property is father ..

It won't help the son.

It could help to some extent if the son has a Power of Attorney to represent the father for legal, government, property-related matters

if father passed away and name of the property still name of father then son also not show this kind of property ?

The son must either:
1. Have the property ownership transferred legally to himself if the father had made a will and/or he had nominated the son as the heir to this property, or

2. Include copies of the will and/or nomination to the property (if it is in his favor).


You'll have to check the legalities with a local lawyer for succession/inheritance laws applicable to that country

Unless you have a Power of Attorney, you cannot include your parents' property ownership documents as a reason to return to your home country
