Property-Home Ties

Hello,
I'm a student and I live In UAE with my family.We are living here since 2003 .I'm applying to for my study permit and I was wondering how can I show my home ties .I'm a Pakistani Ntional and my family has property in Pakistan which I would like like to use for my application so what can be do with the property papers so that IT can help me make my case stronger.

Attach your property paper , if its in Urdu get it translated and show its value(get it evaluated). Also prepare a strong sop(letter of explanation). Mention how much you Pakistan, food, friends whilst your staying in UAE. Explain that after studies you'll be desperate to settle back in your home in pakistan and will take mom or dad with you etc. Most importantly explain how and why your studies from abroad will bring contribution in Pakistan
