Property evaluation - Qorax and others HELP!

Hi! I applied for FSW1 and got my first AOR this month. Gathering docs I also applied for evaluation of my property to local organization in order to sent it too. Should i send my property evaluating Docs or do you think that it is not necessary? Some of our friends sent them but some of them didn't. If it will be estimated posetivly by Immigration officer and make easy my application process i wont to make that evaluation and add it to the requested list of Docs.
It would be great to know your opinion Qorax and other forum members.

It's probably best if you send it together with your complete documents as it may strengthen your case. I don't think there's any harm in doing so.

We actually submitted our property docs and valuation report as a proof of fund.
I did a short anlysis of the equity we have in the property and amount to be realized when sold.
This was attached to the property docs and used as proof of settlement fund.
I think this help in your application consideration aferall you have nothing to lose if you include it.

Not all CHCs accept Fixed Assets' Valuation Report as a POF. U should check your Visa Office Specific Instruction on the subject. Else, it's an exercise in futility.

Checked the link. They will not. They will only accept.

Refer to the "Proof of Funds" section of our Web site for exact figures and instructions.
Provide proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency available for settlement in Canada (for you and your family members):
•current bank certification letter; or
•evidence of savings balance; or
•fixed or time deposit statements.

No, for New Delhi, here is the copy of email from New Delhi officials. Next time, create a new thread to get better response.

The amount of funds you need to have in order to settle in Canada depends on the size of your family. The funds must be available to you and transferable to Canada. They must be unencumbered by debts or other obligations.

Acceptable proof of funds are:

-bank accounts in your name or the name of your accompanying spouse/common-law partner;

-cashable investments in your name or the name of your accompanying spouse/common-law partner;

-cashable fixed deposits in your name of the name of your accompanying spouse/common-law partner.



Not acceptable are:

-bank accounts in someone else's name;

-bank accounts which are joint in your name and someone else (other than your accompanying spouse/common-law partner);

-bank accounts in the name of your spouse who is not accompanying you to Canada;

-property valuations;

-vehicle valuations;

-jewellery valuations.



You are not required to carry your funds in cash when you arrive in Canada. You are, however, required to show documentary evidence that you have the funds available (in bank accounts or cashable investments), and that they can be transferred to Canada.



A port of entry officer in Canada may seek to confirm these funds before granting you permanent residence along with your dependants.



If you have arranged employment in Canada, you do not have to meet these financial requirements. Arranged employment means that you have an offer of indeterminate employment from an employer in Canada. You must be either currently working in that employment on a work permit in Canada, or have been issued a labour market opinion has must have been provided by the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). In order to be exempt from the minimum funds requirement, the offer of employment must be genuine, the employment must not part-time or seasonal, the wages offered must be consistent with the prevailing wage rate for the occupation, and the working conditions must meet generally accepted Canadian standards.

F2 thanks for reply. Your case is a good example for us but your visa office is differs than ours. My visa office is in Moscow.

See you need to meet he minimum condition and proof of fund is one of the factor. If you meet it with bank statement it is fine. Valuation Certificate of property is not required and will not have any affect on your case
