can some one explain to me how to make PROPERTY EVALUATION documents in pakistan?
the property is already on my name and is worth almost 70 lacs.

Just go to any property dealer and tell him that u want to do property evaualation,,,he will ask for property registartion and id card,,,then he will visit ur property and then afterwards he will give u property evaluation certifiacte on his letter head...

If you are from Mardan then in this case you can have the help of "Hoti" He can do some easy load to you I guess you would know the meaning of easy load and its link to Mardan

No need of property evaluation for study visa. All you have to do is to show back statement in YOUR NAME and thats it.
Do what is in check list.
