me and my spouse have the property of their own, its estimate is more than the required funds. can we show this property papers as proof of funds ?? plz reply.

this should be done with a valuation report by a certified estate valuer however you will be required to have it in liquid form (cash) prior to the local visa office issuing you with visa.

which is your visa office? i guess only london visa office accepts property as proof of funds.

Yes, you will however need to have it professionally evaluated e.g in UK, we normally use Estate Agents, who come and evaluate the house, and for a fee, will put/state the price on Papers with their stamps.
