Hi,

Can any body suggest,
1 ) while applying for Canada PR (FSW), is the property valuation report considered as proof of funds.
2) and I dont have the birth certificate for my spouse, any other options available ( I am the principal applicant).

SSC certificate showing
name
date of birth
father name

i guess

Dear niravedash,

1. You can use property valuation report as proof of funds depending on your visa office. Check the visa office specific document checklist.
2. Birth certificate is a MUST. I have not seen any clause anywhere mentioning any alternative of birth certificate.

Regards,
Fuad

That might be the case. But you will have to satisfy central intake office at CIC first. There, they look for unencumbered liquid funds that can be readily available. There might be a rejection if you didn't provide proof of readily available funds. So, if you can it's best to include your bank statement showing the funds.
