Proof of funds : Property

After going through several posts I am confused with regards to property valuation as proof of funds.

Can someone who has done this shed some light?

Who do I get the valuation done from? Is it a bank? What are the charges for valuation? Does it have to be done by three agents?

Property valuation is not accepted as proof of funds. Liquid, unecumbered funds in your savings, current or fixed deposit account are the best form of POF.
