Proof you have paid the $490.00 Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

I got an email with the title 'Permanent Resident Issuance'

While applying we used the Processing fee ($550) and right of permanent residence fee ($490) Total: $1,040 option in here:

My concern is the date and amount have no problems. But the document doesn't explicitly state what the payment is for. This is mostly a fault of the system.

Permanent Resident Issuance in a local CIC immigration office. Kind of like border immigration office.
