Hello All!

Hope everyone is doing well. So I have been working on my application to sponsor my Mexican husband to live in Canada. We both live in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. I myself have been residing in Mexico the last 2 years. So on the application form it asks ...How do you intend to re establish yourself in Canada. Will this evidence be good enough.

I have a job offer letter.
A letter from my sister stating that we will be staying at her place until we find a place of our own.
I have a bank statement showing a joint bank account with our savings so they can see that we have money to re establish(should this go in a different part in the application)

In addition, I plan to go back to Canada in April , 2016 before my husband gets his PR. Is this okay to do? If so could I show my flight itinerary of when I am returning to Canada to reside?

Does anyone have any advice of what would be good to show as evidence for this??

Thanks in advance!

Cheers!

job offer, a letter from your sister and bank statement should be enough and maybe cover letter to explain you and your husband plan in Canada after he lands as pr.
don't think flight ticket is necessary to send with your app but might help.

If VO would not satisfy with your proof, they would request more supporting doc. (usually request more supporting doc after sponsor approval )

You are already in Canada and start your new job in Canada, when VO request more doc regarding to that matter.
then you can summit a letter from your work and pay stub etc.
