Hi,

I have claimed in my application, that my biological aunt is living in Canada. The document requirements in the following page require me to show that she still lives in Canada.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

If she doesn't have any documents in her name, can she show documents in her husband's name, and proof of marriage with him? Will that suffice?

Thanks,
Aparna

If the person is your aunt, it would mean that the aunt and one of your parents share the same parent(s). Get the birth certificate of your parent and the aunt that lists the same parents (your grandparents)

Showing a passport should also work right ? It also shows parents' names.

How do I prove my aunt still lives in Canada if she doesn't have any bills in her name ? Will a bank account statement or something along those lines work ? Any idea ?

Copy of her passport and your parent's passport showing same parents will work.
To prove your aunt lives in Canada - Immigration documents of your aunt, her marriage certificate to establish connection to her husband and bank statement or utility bill in any of their name should suffice for your application.
