Question , when we have to proof our communication on whatsapp Facebook etc.. can I just use google translate for this part , when I talk to her i write in English... she writes in Arabic, and sometimes when I don’t understand her. I use google translate to translate for me.. I know The official documents need to be stamped and translated at an office. This is only for social media ?? As well my facebooks status changed people are congratulating in Arabic?

For the communication proof, you can use google translation (or whatever online translator you think it fits.) to translate them, but you gotta make sure that the translation will make sense, because google translation isn't 100% accurate.
Then probably they will ask you to provide additional info that regarding this. It is so clear that any documents that are not in either English or French, you shall translate them in English or French.

Mmm, maybe you are right about that. But it is not only for the official documents, you still need to translate all non official documents, such as supporting letters, into English or French.
As far as the communication proof, I rather translate them as a safe bet, just in case CIC requires them in a later day.
It is likely that your app landed on the desk of someone who speaks the language, especially since it was processed in your wife's home country.
Everything should be translated because there is always the possibility that the VO will not speak the language.
