Proof on funds--- Urgent

I have all documents ready for EApr, but very confused about my proof of funds:
I am a pnp i had the money while applying for oinp, took from my account 5k after applying and put IT back two months later. It's been in my saving account for 4 months now.
Should I attach an explanation why I took the money ( 5k cad) and put it back ? Since iM planning to attach 6 months bank statements to my My bank letter that only includes the current balance.

It depends mainly on the capital rather than withdraws and deposits if they do not exceed 25% of the capital value, in that case, no need for an explanation.
this is just a personal conclusion though...
