Proof of Work History

Hey everyone!

So I created my express entry profile and submitted it. I have 1 year of full-time work that I added as my primary occupation, and added all the other jobs I've had that do not meet the NOC criteria to the work history section.
Got my ITA and needless to say I am surprised that supporting documents section requires proof of the jobs I added to my work history. I anticipated that I would only need a reference letter and supporting documents to prove the primary occupation, not the others. I have the T4 slips of the other non-essential jobs.

Question: Should I change the work history section of the questionnaire to not include those other jobs? OR Should I keep it the way it is and attach the T4 slips as proof and explain it in the optional Letter.

Looking forward to your replies.
Thanks!

The checklist will ask you for work experience letter for all positions listed in your work history. I'd advise you to remove all the jobs you are not claiming points for, then list them in your personal history instead. Many people have successfully received PPR in similar situations so no worries.

Would that be considered suspicious? If I remove the jobs from the questionnaire after I had already included them in my express entry profile before my ITA was issued?

No it is not suspicious because you are still declaring it in your personal history section. You can search through the forum, lots of people habe done this without any problem.
By the way, sorry for just responding, I was away. Good luck!

No, lots of people make this mistake (you are supposed to include only eligible work experience), it will be OK.

Shoot, I was running out of time to send in my application. I kept those other jobs as part of the work history section and added scans of the T4 slips as proof. In my letter I explained that I wasn't trying to claim points for those jobs. I hope that this doesn't negatively affect my application.

Thanks for the responses guys!

LOL, no it won't "hurt" your application. those things should just get ignored (although the VO might find it annoying).
