hi,

need advise - please please help!:)

I have more than enough experience from my country of origin - but for the last 10 years I have two jobs that
most probably I will not be able to proof ( they will refuse to give me reference letters most probably - I've tried no response yet)
But from the main company I was working for - I can easily receive it and it will be more than 10 years.
So, while filling express entry profile - should I leave these years empty (for which I can't receive reference letters and definately not paystubs) - or I should still fill it and explain that they refuse to provide documents?

what should I do?
thank you

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Do not add them in the work history section and once you receive your ITA add them only in the personal history section. No proof of employment will be required for those jobs.

For foreign work experience, you "max out" on points at three years - so there is no real benefit to including ALL 10 years (unless you are concerned that one job won't be accepted and want to have back-up).

On the profile, you can be selective about which experience to include. Later, if you compete a full application, then you will have to disclose everything. But you will only have to provide documentation for experience you claim in your profile.

I have employment record book - which is considered official document in Ukraine but I was told by someone that it is nothing for CIC...

Like the experts said, don't claim points for those working experience that you can't provide reference letter. The main company you are/were working for which you can easily get reference letter, has already max the points. But do remember to put all of your jobs under person history section after ITA, only data input but no document needed to be provided.
