Hi. I worked as freelancer translator for 4 years now (for 3 companies) and I the work experience I have are well above 3 years when calculated based on 30 hr/week. In my work, there's certain rule about hours and payment so working hours can easily be computed from the payments I've received.
Now I have few questions,
1) Do I need notarization for the documents even if the documents were originally written and sealed in English?
2) My experience was obtained while I was full time student. Would this still be okay to count toward Federal Skilled Worker Program?
