Hello

I have just received my nominee certificate from Manitoba and I'am filling the application forms for the next process (PR)
In the Econimicclass- Provincial Nominee Imm0008_4Aquestion 4 asks about amount of unencumbered transferable funds. how much do I need to have in my account and do I need to send a proof of account with my application?

The province made the determination that you were financially stable enough to offer you the nomination. For the federal application you have to state whatever funding you have such as in a bank account net of all loans and credit cards. The checklist did not ask for proof of funds, so declaring an amount substantially different from what you said on the nomination certificate will raise some questions. So stick to what you said on that.

So on this case i need to show same amount of the funds on MPNP application but what about the property , shall i exclude it

Property is not a liquid asset but you can still list it. Go with what you are comfortable proving if needs be.
