Proof of Tuition Fees Payment

Several members are having doubts over this issue. We can discuss in this thread.

Many universities (eg- Memorial University of Newfoundland ) will not allow to register for the Fall semester till July end. If you do not register, your payment of tuition fees will not be updated in your student account . In this situation, what should the students do in order to provide tangible evidence of tuition fees payment in visa application before July?

Please share your thoughts. Thanks .

What the hell are u talking about? Even Im going to attend memorial university, this fall n have already paid the first semester fee. U just mail cashier@mun.ca n tell that u wanna pay ur fee in advance. He will then give u account details n within 3-4 days u will be able to see the payment history in ur mun self service's account history. He will also send u the fee receipt via mail in ur Mun mail (@mun.ca account). There's no need to register for courses for paying fee in advance

THanks for your reply. Some incoming students mentioned this issue in Memorial University thread. Their point was that the account summary will not be updated till you register for the semester. But, clearly you have a different experience. Would mind telling us how long it takes to send the fee receipt to your MUN mail ?

Man! No problem. U just get the account details after mailing cashier n wire transfer the money. As soon as the university receives money, they will send u a fee receipt immediately in ur Mun Mail and also it will be updated in ur account section of mun self service. Use this fee receipt with ur visa application. DM me if u have any other questions.

I am facing same dilemma with the university of Manitoba..Can any one update me the process for this university..Admin office says that you don't need to pay fees now while study permit application demand tuition fees for the first year of study
