When applying for citizenship, the government requires you to either use the residence calculator and print off the results or fill out a form proving that you have been in the country for 730 days in the past 5 years. I have visited the United States (Niagara Falls- Buffalo) by car and at the border, they use digital stamps not physical ones and they are not clearly read; I do not know the dates of exit/entry; how do i go about acquiring this information?

TL;DR: How i do i know the dates of every time ive left and entered Canada. I need this to prove ive been in canada for 730 days.
Thanks in Advance
