Hello!! :)

I have translated + notarized my diploma which states the profession I acquired.
In my country's instructions it says:

You must submit proof of studies for you and each family member 18 years of age or older. This includes diplomas with transcripts listing subjects and proof of incomplete and current studies.

Do I also need to provide the list with all the subjects I had in college?? Really???

Kind Regards,
Alfia

I am not familiar with this being a requirement of the family class. Is this for a different class of PR? Express Entry or similar? If so, your will have a better response under that forum.

This forum is for spousal, dependant child, parents grandparent sponsorship.

Even though this relates to a question about family, that question is still related to the other programming and the information for each will be different.

Hi

Unfortunately, as they've requested transcripts listing your subjects, you need to include them.

OP is being sponsored by their Canadian partner.

Courses give an indication of how valid your degree is. There is great variety from country to country, or university to university. A transcript is much better indicator of your education that a diploma.

I feel the need to bring this up again.

I did not attach my transcripts since the eapr guideline only mentioned original degrees. I simply assumed wes had done everything ... ;(, now im not sure if its ok ...

Hello! What country are you applying from? My instructions for Eastern European countries clearly said:
You must submit proof of studies for you and each family member 18 years of age or older. This includes diplomas with transcripts listing subjects and proof of incomplete and current studies.

You must carefully read the instructions. Cause I didn't notice that in the beginning. Requirements are different for each area. Anyway, you shouldn't send them any papers unless they ask you to do so. ;)

Did you apply under Family Class, as a spouse? If so, then you should have followed the guidelines for your country. If you did not apply under Family Class (and it doesn't sound like you did, since you mentioned eapr), then you are posting in the wrong section. Different streams have different requirements. Follow the requirements for your stream and don't worry about the ones that don't concern you.

I gave them detailed information too. Yes, eastern Europeans are required to give detailed diplomas.
I gave them my high school diploma with transcripts listing subjects. I even was considering adding elementary school diploma, but I thought it will be pushing :D
