I need your suggestion...
My CRS score is good enough to get ITA. I have not create the EE profile yet.

Facing a confusion about POF.
My current account is not that healthy.
However, my father has a FD account.
I will renew this on my name.


What should I do??

1. Wait for six months to show the matuarity of six months.But I don't want to wait.
2. go through a gift deed. How to do the gift deed? is there any cost involved to to the gift deed and affidavit?

Please suggest.

Generally, the six months of bank statements are to ensure that your funds didn’t just appear out of thin air because you applied for PR (i.e., a loan or a gift). However, as long as you can prove that the money is yours without conditions or obligations, then you will be ok.

Yes, it will be fine. A lot of people were in similar situation like yours and had no issues.
