Proof of settlement funds

I have a query regarding proof of settlement funds under fsw:


1. Can I deposit the funds in the bank the same day I make a express entry profile.

2. Are fixed deposits sufficient proof of funds.

3. Is it a requirement to maintain the funds throughout the time my file is being processed at cic.

4. Is it ok not to take funds to Canada after pr. Do we need to show any proof at time of landing
